The first World of Outlaws race at Georgetown since 2018 takes place in the lead-up to NASCAR All-Star Race weekend at Dover Motor Speedway, serving as the kickoff to a packed five days of racing in Delaware. Joining the World of Outlaws is the Super DIRTcar Series after getting rained out for the original March 28 date.
